Find things happening near you, or host your own event and sell tickets.
What this is
Events lets you discover what's on in the community — melas, langars, concerts, talks, classes and more — and get tickets. If you organise events, you can list them and sell tickets too.
Going to events
- Open Events and browse. Events near your city show first; online events always appear.
- Tap an event to see the date, place, price and who's going.
- For a free event, tap Going or Interested. For a paid event, tap Get tickets and pay securely.
- Find your tickets under My Tickets — each has a QR code for entry.
Handy features
- See how many friends are going or interested.
- Join the waitlist if an event is sold out.
- Share an event to your feed or a Hub.
Hosting events
Hosting paid events needs a Business account.
- In Create & Earn, tap Host Events → Create Event.
- Add the title, description, date/time, venue and timezone, capacity, and ticket types (free or paid).
- Publish. Manage everything — attendees, check-in, earnings — from your event's dashboard.
Common questions
How do I get my ticket? It's in My Tickets, with a QR code to scan at the door.
Can I get a refund? Depends on the organiser's policy — check the event page.
Do I need a Business account to host? Only for paid events; anyone can post a free gathering via Create Event.
What's the fee? Arc takes a small fee on paid tickets; free events cost nothing.
Troubleshooting
- The event is sold out — join the waitlist; you'll be told if a spot opens.
- I can't find my ticket — check My Tickets and make sure your payment completed.
- I can't create a paid event — you need a Business account.
- No events near me — set your home city in Settings → Location.
