Arc Credits

Arc's loyalty currency — earn it, buy it, and spend it across Arc.

What this is

Arc Credits are a simple loyalty currency, a bit like points or stars in other apps. They are not cryptocurrency. Each credit is worth £0.01 (one penny), and you can use them to tip creators, boost your posts, feature your listings, and reduce platform fees.

Your wallet

Open Account → Credits to see:

• Your balance and its £ value
• All your activity (what you've earned, bought and spent)
• Ways to earn and buy more

Your balance also shows on your profile.

Earning credits (free)

You earn credits for taking part:

• First post — +10
• First shop purchase — +20
• Leaving a verified review — +5
• Referring a new member who signs up — +50
• Being reviewed as a seller — +5
• Completing your profile (photo, bio, location) — +25

When a reward is ready to claim, you'll see a Claim button on the Credits page.

Buying credits

On the Credits page, tap a pack to buy:

• 100 credits — £1.00
• 500 credits — £4.50
• 1,000 credits — £8.00
• 5,000 credits — £35.00

Payment is secure (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Credits appear in your wallet as soon as payment completes.

Spending credits

• Tip a creator on a video or article you enjoy.
• Boost a post — pay 100 credits (£1) to promote your post to more people for 24 hours.
• Feature a listing — help your product or listing stand out.
• Reduce platform fees on things you sell.

Everything you spend shows in your activity.

Common questions

Are Arc Credits real money / crypto? No — they're a loyalty currency worth 1p each, used inside Arc.

What's the smallest amount I can buy? 100 credits (£1.00).

Do credits expire? No.

Can I cash them out? Credits are used inside Arc (tips, boosts, fees), not withdrawn as cash. Money you earn (from sales, tips received, etc.) is withdrawn through Earnings.

Troubleshooting

• I bought credits but don't see them — they appear once payment completes; refresh the Credits page.
• My Claim button is greyed out — finish the task first (e.g. add a photo, bio and location for the profile reward).
• I can't boost my post — you need at least 100 credits (£1).
• A reward didn't appear — each reward can only be earned once.
