What Pink is

Pink is a connectivity brand — a separate service to Arc, run by the same founder. It offers phone and internet plans so you can stay connected at home and around the world:

• UK Mobile — SIM plans on the EE network with unlimited calls and texts.
• Global SIM — one SIM that works in 100+ countries, with no bill shock.
• VoIP — make and receive calls over the internet at sensible international rates.
• Broadband — fast home broadband, coming soon.

You'll find Pink in the Arc sidebar (the Pink link). Opening it shows the full Pink page inside Arc.

Seeing what's available

1. Tap Pink in the sidebar.
2. Scroll through the sections — UK Mobile Plans, Global SIM, VoIP and Broadband.
3. Each plan shows what's included. Prices shown in Arc are a preview — the live prices and offers are always on pinkmobile.uk.

Getting a SIM or VoIP plan

1. Find the plan you want on the Pink page.
2. Tap Get this plan (or Get Global SIM / Get VoIP).
3. You'll be taken to pinkmobile.uk to complete your order and set up your service.

> Soon you'll be able to buy Pink plans without leaving Arc. Until then, checkout happens on pinkmobile.uk.

Registering for Broadband

Pink Broadband is on the way. On the Pink page, enter your email in the Broadband section and tap Register Interest — we'll be in touch when it launches. We only store your email for this.

Common questions

Is Pink part of my Arc account? No — Pink is a separate service. Your Arc profile and your Pink account are not the same thing.

Where do I manage my Pink plan? At pinkmobile.uk — that's where you view usage, change plans and manage billing.

Do I need to be a certain age? No. Pink is open to everyone.

What data does Arc collect here? Only your email, and only if you register interest in Broadband.

Troubleshooting

• A plan shows £0 — that's a placeholder while we finish connecting live pricing. Check pinkmobile.uk for current prices.
• "Get this plan" opened a new tab — that's expected; orders are completed on pinkmobile.uk for now.
• I registered for Broadband but heard nothing — we contact people when Broadband launches in their area; it may take a little while.
