For job seekers
Finding jobs
- Open Jobs from the sidebar.
- Search by title, company or skill, and filter by category, job type, or Remote only.
- Jobs near your current location show first, and remote jobs always appear.
- Tap any job to see the full details: salary, benefits, skills, and how many people have applied.
Applying
- On a job, tap Apply now.
- Upload a CV (PDF or Word) or pick one you've uploaded before. Your CV is private and only shared with that employer.
- Add a short cover note explaining why you're a good fit.
- Tap Submit application.
You can only apply once per job. Returning applicants can re-use a saved CV for a faster "quick apply".
Tracking your applications
- My applications shows every job you've applied to and its status: Application sent → Under review → Shortlisted, or Not selected.
- You'll get a notification whenever an employer updates your status.
- You can withdraw an application while it's still new.
Saving jobs & alerts
- Tap 🔖 Save on any job to keep it in Saved jobs.
- Set up Job alerts with your keywords, category and location — we'll notify you when matching jobs are posted.
For employers
Posting jobs requires a Business or Organisation account (upgrade under Upgrade → Business).
Posting a job
- Go to Jobs → Post a job (or My listings → Post a job).
- Fill in the 6 steps: basics, description & skills, location & type, salary, benefits & deadline, then review.
- Tap Publish job.
Managing applicants
- My listings shows all your jobs with views and applicant counts.
- Tap View applicants to see everyone who applied, read their cover notes, and View CV.
- Move each applicant through the pipeline: New → Reviewing → Shortlisted → Rejected. They're notified automatically.
Featured listings
- Want more visibility? Tap Feature £49.99 on any listing to pin it to the top of the Jobs page for 30 days. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
Common questions
Who can see my CV? Only the employer of a job you apply to. CVs are stored privately and shared through short-lived secure links.
Can I edit a job after posting? You can pause, reopen, or feature it from My listings. To change details, post an updated listing.
How much does posting cost? Posting a standard job is free. Featuring a job for 30 days is £49.99.
Troubleshooting
- "Business account required" — posting jobs needs a Business/Organisation account. Upgrade under Upgrade → Business.
- CV won't upload — make sure it's a PDF or Word file under 8MB.
- I can't apply — you may have already applied, or the job may have closed.
- No jobs showing near me — set your home city in Settings → Location, or clear the filters.
