Illegal items under English law or the seller's country law, counterfeit goods, replica branded items, weapons and weapon components, controlled substances, prescription medications, alcohol without appropriate licensing, tobacco products, adult content, live animals, dangerous goods, and items infringing intellectual property.
India: comply with Indian export laws, GST registration where required, the Consumer Protection E-Commerce Rules 2020, the Legal Metrology Act and the Legal Metrology Packaged Commodities Rules. Arc is not responsible for Indian regulatory compliance.
Pakistan: comply with Pakistani export laws, the Sales Tax Act 1990 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002. Arc is not responsible for Pakistani regulatory compliance.
UAE: comply with UAE commercial laws, Federal Law 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, and UAE customs requirements.
Canada: comply with Canadian consumer protection laws, GST/HST obligations, and CASL for any marketing messages.
Australia: comply with Australian Consumer Law, GST obligations and Australian customs requirements.
All international sellers: accurate customs declarations are required, all import and export duties are your responsibility, and stated delivery timeframes must be met.

Payments are held by Stripe and released after buyer confirmation, or after 72 hours if no dispute is raised.
Arc dispute resolution is final. Repeated disputes may result in seller suspension.

Sellers are responsible for all tax obligations in their jurisdiction. Arc provides transaction records on request.
A breach of these Terms may result in suspension. Outstanding obligations to buyers remain enforceable after suspension.
