Creator Terms

1. Who this applies to

Anyone using Creator Plus, video upload, article writing, subscriptions or tips.

2. Content standards

Original, accurate, properly attributed, with no misleading monetisation.

3. Monetisation

Arc takes a percentage per the current pricing page, displayed at thearcsocial.com/pricing.

4. Payouts

Via Stripe Connect. A minimum threshold applies. Processing within 5 business days of a withdrawal request.

5. Tax

Creators are responsible for declaring all income in their jurisdiction. Arc provides an annual earnings summary on request.

6. Content ownership

The creator retains ownership and grants Arc a display licence.

7. Prohibited

Illegal content, harmful content, misleading monetisation, and content designed to exploit subscribers.

8. Subscriber obligations

If you take subscriptions you must deliver content. Subscribers are entitled to a refund if no content is delivered for 30 consecutive days.

9. Account termination

On termination, subscriptions are cancelled, subscribers are refunded for the current period, and no further payouts are made after the termination date.

10. Journalist specific

Verified journalists are bound by accuracy, no fabrication, proper source handling and editorial independence.
