Strictly prohibited. Automated collection of user data is a breach of UK GDPR, the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and these Terms. Arc will pursue legal action for significant scraping violations.
Zero tolerance. Immediate permanent ban. No appeals.
Operates on all user generated content in all 28 languages. Circumvention attempts result in: first attempt a warning, second attempt a 24-hour posting restriction, third attempt a 7-day suspension, and fourth attempt a permanent ban. Serious circumvention attempts involving illegal content result in an immediate permanent ban and law enforcement referral.
Arc does not currently offer a public API. Unauthorised API access is prohibited.
