Confidential help for domestic abuse, harassment and feeling unsafe, wherever you are.
Confidential help for domestic abuse, harassment and feeling unsafe, wherever you are.
Arc is built so that you stay in control of who reaches you and what you share. If you are experiencing abuse, harassment or coercion, help is available and it is free and confidential.
Call your local emergency number. You can find it at the top of the support list in the Safety Centre, along with local helplines for your country.
Open the Safety Centre and choose your country to see local services, including national domestic abuse helplines, women's services, and support for honour based abuse and forced marriage where available. Many lines are free, 24 hours, and do not appear on your phone bill.
Your dating and matrimonial activity is invisible to the rest of Arc. Your location is never shared without your explicit permission. You choose who can message you and who can see your posts in Settings.
If you are meeting someone from dating or matrimonial, use Share my plans on the dating safety screen. You add where you are going, when you expect to be back, and a trusted contact. It is a simple safety net that stays private to you.
A red Quick exit button appears on dating, matrimonial and the Safety Centre. It leaves Arc instantly for a neutral website and tries to clear the page from your history. You can also press Escape twice.
