Transparency reports

A regular, public account of how we moderate and protect.

Arc publishes transparency reports so you can see how we enforce our rules. The reports are public and do not identify individual members.

What we publish

Each report covers a set period and includes:

  • The number of reports we received
  • How much content we removed
  • How many accounts we suspended
  • How many valid requests we received from law enforcement

How often

We publish twice a year, covering the first and second halves of each year. Reports appear in the Safety Centre once finalised.

Why it matters

Publishing these numbers keeps us accountable and shows that our safety rules are applied, not just written down. It also helps the community and the Safety Council spot trends and push for improvements.

Law enforcement

Arc cooperates with valid legal process from any jurisdiction. We only act on properly authorised requests, and we record the totals in these reports. If you have experienced a crime involving Arc, contact safety@thearcsocial.com.
