Matrimonial verification

Extra trust for serious matrimonial connections.

Matrimonial verification adds a verified badge to your matrimonial profile. It shows other members that your identity has been checked, which matters when families and long term commitment are involved.

What it costs

Matrimonial verification is 79 per year.

How it works

1. Go to Settings and open Verification, then choose Matrimonial.
2. Upload a government issued identity document. You may be asked for a short liveness check.
3. Pay the annual fee. Your card is authorised now and charged when we approve.
4. Our team reviews your application, usually within a few working days.
5. When approved, the verified badge appears on your matrimonial profile.

What the badge means

The badge means we confirmed your identity document at the time of approval. It does not verify claims about income, family or background, and it is not a guarantee. Always meet safely and use your own judgement. See the dating safety and Safety Centre articles.

Privacy

Your matrimonial activity stays invisible to the rest of Arc. Verification documents are used only to confirm your identity and are handled under our privacy policy.

Renewals and removal

Verification lasts one year. We remind you before it expires. You can cancel any time, and we can remove a badge if information turns out to be false.
