Go to List a property (/homes/sell), choose sale or rent, add the details and photos, and you're listed. Landlords list two properties for free.

How enquiries work

Every listing has its own public page in search. Buyers and renters message you directly — the deal stays between you and them, and Arc takes no commission.

Payment

A property sale or tenancy is arranged directly between you and the other party, not through Arc. Arc is where you meet and talk.
