Do I have to leave Shopify or WooCommerce?
No. Arc Marketplace is designed to sit alongside the store you already run. Connect it once and your catalogue syncs hourly, with stock and price changes writing back to your own store so you never manage inventory twice.
Do product variants count toward my listing limit?
No. A product with ten sizes is one listing, not ten. Limits apply to distinct products only.
What happens to my images?
Every image is automatically converted and compressed to WebP so your shop loads fast without you resizing anything. Image count and file size limits vary by plan.
How does Arc make money if it does not run ads?
Subscriptions and transaction fees, both published openly. Arc has no third-party advertising networks and does not sell your data or your customers' data. That is a permanent commitment, not a launch promise.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your listings above the free limit become hidden rather than deleted, so nothing is lost if you come back.
